I got to a point where I didn’t like my body. I would try every diet and workout program I could only to be worse off. Feeling ashamed of who I was, and stuck with my head held down every time I ate or skipped a workout.

How is the course offered?

The course will be dripped out so you can feel comfortable implementing the ideas, and avoid the overwhelm. Once you have received all of the program, you will have access to the modules forever to review at your leisure.

How much time do I need to do this program?

Each module should take approximately an hour a week to go through, and any additional time to use the tools regularly.

What is your refund policy?

60 days. If you go through the entire program, and don’t feel like you you have gotten anything out of the program, then email support@pamlozano.com

Will this program help me lose weight?

Results will vary per person, and losing weight can occur, but it is not meant as a weight-loss program. This is a lifestyle change that will help you develop a healthy relationship with food, and shifting from a diet mindset.

If I struggle with a disorder, will this work for me?

This course is designed for people who are yo yo dieters, stress eaters, and people who turn to food to cope with their emotions. This is targeted for people who want to the root of their emotions, and being more mindful towards food and their bodies.
