I’m Pam Lozano, creator of the Rock Your Skinny Jeans Program. I’m all about helping women become a better version of themselves. After getting a job, getting married, and becoming an adult, I discovered that keeping my health and body in check was a bit challenging.
It was just so hard to stay motivated by myself.
I wanted to create this space where busy women like you can come to find a happy life balance between work, family, friends, and of course yourself.
This site is designed to motivate, educate, celebrate, and praise any time that you dedicate to yourself to look and feel good.

I totally feel you because I know what it is like to go to work all day, come home cook dinner for the family, feel totally exhausted, go to bed, and not have any time to work out, much less focus on yourself.
I remember a time when the daily grind took over me and my body. I made everything else and everyone else a priority that I let myself fall to the wayside. I was letting myself go, my clothes were getting tight on me, and I was just getting depressed.
Then it hit me one day…
I got on the scale and the numbers kept going up and topped off at my highest weight. Ever.
It was then that I finally woke up and realized something NEEDED to change.
It wasn’t who I wanted to be or feel like.
I went on to search for workouts that were easy and able to do while being able to fit into my tight schedule. I was able to find some great home workouts that I loved, and my life and body began to turn around. I tried the gym, and felt like it was too much of a show of all the pretty people. Too crazy.
I discovered the hard part about home workouts is that you are doing them all by yourself.
Rock Your Skinny Jeans came to be a support group for women who avoids the gym, and likes doing workouts at home. This is where you can find other women like you, be held accountable, get motivated, and get that amazing mind and body you deserve.
My goal is to help you fight that outer potato so you can stay motivated to complete your workouts, rock those skinny jeans or any kind of jeans, flaunt your confidence ALL in your amazing body!
